Eyeglass World

I did not feel like the delivery of my glasses was personalized. Im not sure if this office cares about my eye sight. I had questions about the vision not being crisp… I was told it may take a couple days to get use to.

Went after work and was completely ignored by the woman working. I’m not sure if it’s because I came an hour before they close but I didn’t have any other time. She was on her phone when I was trying to ask questions. I then tried to order a pair and ended up leaving because she said to just do it online…. Not sure how that is helpful at all. Tried to do it in person but I think because they closed in an hour she could not be bothered. I thought an hour would be enough time but I guess not. Decided to go to a different location to hopefully be helped.

I’ve always gone to Eyeglass World because I travel for work and no matter where I happen to be I’m not far from a location. By far this is the best location that I have ever been to. From the care in the back from the Doctor to up front is top notch. They really make you feel at ease from start to finish. I can honestly say that I would definitely come back to this location. Also they donate to old pairs of glasses to the Lions Club who then takes the glasses and refurbishes them. What a great way to help out. You see millions living in low and middle income countries lack access to basic eye care services. What we take for granted others do not.

Excellent service by Kyndal and Natalie who helped me select my glasses and when I picked them up. Great value for the money too. Eyeglass World is my go-to choice for my glasses.

Today I came to Eye Glasses World in Whitestown.. the service was very good.. the staff was friendly and accommodating.. I did an eye test and also bought glasses.. the doctor was good.. the price of the glasses was also affordable.. recommended for everyone who is looking for glasses..
