Very happy with the service I received at Eyeglass World in Monroeville, PA on May 9, 2026. Shane, the General Manager, was very helpful, accommodating and professional. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The in-house lab was also great and made two pairs of glasses for me in an hour, as promised. I will definitely be back as a repeat customer.
I recently needed my glasses repaired, and the team at Eyeglass World in Monroeville went above and beyond to help me. They were kind, professional, and got me taken care of quickly. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. Thank you for making the experience so easy!
I’ve gotten glasses here twice now. The prices are really good. This time, I was helped by Michelle and Anthony. They were both very nice! 100% recommend this place, and I will come back when I need new glasses again!
My wife, after years of buying her glasses from Zenni Optical, decided to buy her next pair from Eyeglass World in Monroeville. The customer service was phenomenal but the product wasn't so good. To no fault of hers, the glasses developed a small crack in the top corner. Of course, this happened after the 30 day return time frame. So needless to say, she will be returning to Zenni Optical for all of her future eyewear purchases. Updated Review!!! Within days of my aforementioned review, I was contacted by Sara of Eyeglass World. Sara took our information regarding the cracked eyewear and said she would assist in fixing the problem. After a few days, my wife walked back into Eyeglass World in Monroeville and was immediately helped by Angel and another co-worker. They diagnosed the issue and ordered my wife a new pair of glasses. I would just like to say thank very much to Sara, the staff, and district manager for their tremendous response. This has changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. Thank you again!!!
This place used to be okay a couple of years ago. But, as of recently, it is very unprofessional. I went in for new lenses and wanted to try on contacts. I did not try on contacts but was billed for it anyway. The man at the front desk (I might have heard him say he was the manager) was on his phone texting as he was assisting me. Barely made eye contact, and was kind of short with me. There was another gentleman there whenever I had my exam and he was LAYING on the counters where patients sit to checkout. Whenever they brought out my new lenses in my glasses the lenses were extremely dirty. Had yellow orange flakes on them and very smudged. I will never be going back to this place. The prices are ridiculous, they over charge (definitely need investigated for fraud) and highly unprofessional.
