I stepped on my glasses and bent them pretty bad, I thought I broke them! I tried Eyeglass World. Sam greeted me when I walked in and explained they werent broke, only bent on the hinge. He fixed them! I am so grateful! His customer service and knowledge was top tier! And it was FREE! He even tightened the screws on the pair I wore to the store! I wish more people were like Sam, he was great!!

The moment I walked into Eyeglass World I was greeted by smiling friendly faces willing to assist me. After looking around at all the many choices and I knew what I wanted, Emily was very knowledgeable in explaining all the details and pricing information. I had been to several other places to look for frames and get pricing information. Eyeglass World had the best prices by far. I got my new progressive glasses AND progressive reader sunglasses (Ray Ban) for less than all the other places quoted for just one pair of glasses. Emily did a great job doing all of my measurements and she is so very kind. I just picked up both pairs of my new glasses and I’m so very happy with them. I highly recommend Eyeglass World. I will be using them from now on. I also had the opportunity to watch Connie at work and saw how knowledgeable she is as well as Emily.
Went today in the snow ❄️...they were open and Olivia was WONDERFUL...very nice, gave a very thorough eye exam...also the lady at the front was very sweet (don't know her name) I have used this store at this location since 1998! They always do a great job , file your Insurance correctly ( not so for Stanton eye ...my husband used them once and...omg...disaster 🥴) but Eyeglass world, always does a great 👍 job! Bought prescription Ray bands from Eyeglass World on Gunbarrel Rd a few years ago and the lens just started popping out. Stopped by and asked if they could adjust the frame and I was out within a few minutes. The staff was very professional and friendly!! Recommend!
