I ordered new Oakley glasses through your Beaumont location. They said it would take a week and it actually took 4 working days. That was very impressive because I was having surgery the following day so I was able to have my new glasses in time. Grant was professional very polite. I give him a five star rating would definitely refer him and your company to a friend or family member.

I called the store before hand to make sure my prescription was still good, as it has been 8 months since I got it. I was assured it can be used. I arrived and was greeted warmly and showed the different areas of frames and given details on what is the difference of levels of lenses and what is covered. Grant was the BEST and did not rush me. He gave me options and pricing for a 3rd pair as well. Give this man a raise, as he knows how to treat a lady with a budget❣️

I’ll definitely be using this place for all my future eyewear needs! The speed and efficiency here are impressive. The staff greets you right away when you walk in and takes the time to answer every question with helpful knowledge and guidance. I purchased two pairs of frames and lenses, and when one pair developed stress fractures around the lenses, they handled it immediately. They ordered replacement lenses right away, and once they came in, the install took less than two minutes. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and the level of hospitality really stands out—it’s rare to see service like this these days. Highly recommend!

First time eye exam here and needed new glasses. Optometrist was so kind and was a very nice experience. Walked into the actual store for glasses and met Chris. Large selection of frames and when I couldn't decide, he helped me make a decision. He was so awesome and funny. Was very patient with me and my goofy husband and we just laughed the whole time we were there. He was very upfront and honest which I like. Chris, you need to stay here forever and I'll keep coming back.
