I called to see if they could repair a pair of my glasses, one of the lenses fell out and it needed a very tiny screw to hold it in place, and then said “sure just stop in and we’ll fix it for you”. I didn’t but my glasses there but when I went in Lucia welcomed us and asked what she could do for us. I told her my issue and she immediately said sit down here and I’ll take care of it. She took my glasses and came back in a few minutes and they were all fixed. I asked how much I owed and she said nothing ….. she was amazing, the whole experience was great .

Luis Santiago was wonderful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and he fixed my glasses right away. I have bought many glasses here and will always come back.

I popped in without an appointment for a repair on my Mom in Law's glasses. Luis promptly greeted me and said he could do the repair immediately. It took less than 5 minutes and he did not charge me 🤗 I highly recommend Eyeglass World and ask for Luis! The shop is big and they have a large selection of frames to choose from.

Luis was absolutely amazing a few weeks ago when taking care of me in assisting in getting two new pairs of glasses! He was very kind and very knowledgeable and really went above and beyond with his customer service. Thanks so much again Luis!

I stopped in because the rubber nose piece on my glasses fell off, and Amanda took care of it right away. She was very polite, professional, and genuinely happy to help. The repair was quick and hassle-free. Great customer service!
