Scratch ridiculously from normal cleaning. I am delicate as can be cleaning my glasses with fresh microfibers. I am OCD about them being clean. I had 3 pairs of the same glasses remade because they came growing cracks in them each time until the latest pair. ALL of them plus the different extra pair they talked me into as a deal scratch unavoidably and outrageously bad. I have every pair of glasses from my entire life and none of them are bad as these.

Kyle was an absolute joy to work with! Very knowledgeable & patient while helping me search for the color of frames I’ve been wanting! I look forward to working with this team in the future!

I tried to get sunglasses for my daughter and they weren’t really tinted as sunglasses. They tried to fix once, didn’t, and then gave up. Separately- I was told I couldn’t order contacts because it had been over a year- but I later found my receipt from 9 months prior. Westside Walmart is so much better. Not sure what they’re doing at this branch- but it isn’t working. I had been going there for years with no issues prior to all of this.

Eric was GREAT! I walked in earlier to have my new frames adjusted and he fully explained the issue that I was having with the specific frames I had. He also helped me pick out a new frame. He was extremely helpful.

EDIT: went into store yesterday, was again treated poorly, heard the employees yet again get rude with other customers, AGAIN my glasses were wrong, was SUPPOSEDLY issued a refind, The manager told me it would be processed that evening, well nothong has hit my bank account yet. A police report of theft and then small claims is my next step I guess. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE. Oh and your Dr is a real Doctor there Ricky. Your lab and customer service is where you failed the most. Well first of all whoever answers your phones is beyond rude, not sure if thats the greeting I would want my employee giving my customers. This "gentleman" actually bragged while fitting me about how he answers the phone, doesnt allow the customer to even say hello, and take pride in putting and keeping them on hold. Secondly, I'm still waiting on contacts which I was told would be done before my glasses, which I'm hoping are correct after spending over 600 bucks. I have horrible eyesight and really rely on eye doctors and techs do do their best for those of us who are sight impaired. I have no complaints with the doctor or his staff the day of my appointment but every interaction since has been less than pleasant. Ive worked customer service many years, I understand the stress of it can at times be overwhelming. If you can't handle that, maybe find aline to work on in a factory with limitied human interaction. Now, since ive complained. Lets see how picking up my 2 pairs and contacts will go tomorrow.
