I came in last week after my glasses accidentally broke, and Jessica was incredibly helpful. She was able to get me a new pair using my current prescription, and I had them within a day. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and efficiency. Highly recommend!
I had a really good experience here. Marizol was helpful, patient, honest and sweet. Unfortunately I didn’t take to the progressives so I took them back. Return was quick and easy. If/when I’m ready to try again I would definitely go back. Especially if they start carrying Pair brand.
I had an excellent experience at Eyeglass World in Port St. Lucie! Mirasol was wonderful in helping me choose the perfect frames — the selection was great and she made the process fun and easy. Amy did an amazing job making sure the fit was just right, and I really appreciated her patience and attention to detail. The eye exam was thorough and the whole visit was smooth and efficient. I left with glasses I love and a great overall experience. Highly recommend!
