I cannot recommend this Eyeglass World location enough. Not only is the staff extremely welcoming and friendly they are NOT pushy at all. Lovejeet made the process seamless and pain free. Best experience I have had for purchasing both sunglasses and annual eyewear. A 10/10 score doesn’t do this review justice.
I had a great experience with Eyeglass World today! I was helped by Loveleef who was very professional and friendly. She was able to help me with a prescription fix for my glasses. I was super nervous about needing my new glasses fixed because my new RX was a bit off. She made me feel super comfortable and assured me that everything is okay and they can update them with the revised RX. Thank you so much! I really appreciate all the help :)
Very impressed with this place of business all of the employees were very kind.speaks with a smile.They greet you as soon as you come in the door with me I help you please all the way to the optometrist himself. He’s great personality. Plus I feel very comfortable here and I definitely will refer anyone here because of the way they act definitely makes me want to stick with them and they are my permanent eye care provider.
Came in today for eyeglass repair! Emanuel was incredible, he was able to repair 1 pair and to adjust my other 2 pairs within half an hour! Thank you so much! I’ll be back again!
Alex at Eyeglass World on Decatur was absolutely wonderful! He was very nice, attentive and so helpful. Listened to my concerns and was patient with me. Explained things thoroughly, definitely recommend to see him!
