Upon visiting the establishment, I found these reviews to be accurate. Ms. Jody provided exceptional assistance, promptly repairing my eyeglass frame at no charge. Her professionalism and helpful demeanor were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Eyeglass World for any optical needs.
I bought these glasses in Japan, so they meant a lot to me. I accidentally sat on them and messed up the hinge. I brought them into Eyeglass World on Sahara, and Kaitlyn fixed them in under three minutes—at no cost. She genuinely made my day. I appreciate her so much. 🙏 Awesome customer service!

I very rarely do reviews unless the Service is very bad or very Good. Well, this review is because Ana, at EyeglassWorld on Sahara provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. She was extremely personable, answered all my questions, was honest when I asked how glasses looked on me hahaha She knew I was going to be traveling out of the Country for 4 months, so she made me a pair of non transition glasses so I could have a pair during my extended trip, which were a lifesaver. When I advised her l would be gone for 4 months, she said it will not be a problem, as they would be ready for me upon my return. She actually made a set of custom transition lenses for my Ray Ban Meta glasses and they look and work great. I can honestly say with absolutely no reservations at all that, you will see what the art of true customer service is all about. The only negative about this, is you will forever be chasing the outstanding level of excellence she provided you, but it will elude you. But, there will always be an opportunity to experience the Nirvana of true customer service yearly when, like me, you will need a stronger set of glasses. Thank you Ana. You are much appreciated.
