The only reason this place is getting a 2 star is due to Dr. Stone. He was awesome. The sales representative told my wife she couldn't look at men's glasses which she prefers due to the comfortability she gets with them. He also told us we wouldn't need blue light filters on our glasses with the coating we were getting on the glasses. He also told my wife that he was going to get her the best transitions they had. Well both my wife and I are experiencing heavy migraines, mine from blue light and hers from the transitions not being dark enough. I would have rather spent the $700 I spent there at vision works to get better transitions for my wife at the very least. My wife's glasses are also already starting to separate where they're screwed in at, for a place that only seems to carry luxury brands (because no frame is less than $200 there with insurance) they have really poor build quality. We Will not be coming back again and if you're looking to come here I would say schedule with Dr. Stone and take your results somewhere else for better glasses and better options

Dr. Hauk is amazing! Kind, calm, and very intelligent. He has a way of putting people at ease and while being thorough, he does not have an ego, as is common for a lot of specialists. A gem in a mainstream practice. Highly recommend. He is what keeps me coming back here. He also wrote some amazing books that I highly recommend people check out. (and no I do not know him personally, I just know a good doctor when I see one).
Location is convenient and clean, eye doctors amazing and explain everything thoroughly. Front staff is unfortunately very unhelpful and seem reluctant to do their job rather than sit and chat with each other. This office needs to upgrade and get with the times with staff that knows how to utilize technology.
My name is Gail & I picked up my glasses. The doctor made a mistake on my prescription & the frames were uncomfortable. But I had a very good end to my experience. Eyeland corrected everything. The manager & staff was very nice. Thank you all very much.
Doctor Stone is pleasant, knowledgeable and was a great help with my eye issues. I had a 4 pm appointment and was told to come at 3:45 for paperwork, even though I've been there before and it took literally 2 minutes to fill that out. I wasn't seen until after 4:15 and was in with the doctor until almost 4:50. At that time, I was sent out to the office to pick out frames and order glasses. No one offered any assistance in selecting frames, they only pointed to the different places I could select from. I was planning on getting 2 pairs and was trying on frames when one of the employees shut the lights out because they closed at 5pm. I couldn't see to try on the frames. I asked sarcastically if they wanted me to come back another time, although I work a 40 hour a week job and had to take time off to make that 4 pm appointment. No one said anything. The gentleman went and turned the lights back on and said to the other 2 ladies that he would stay. I felt pressured to hurry up picking out my frames and found it rather rude that they shut the lights out. Picking out glasses takes time, which they were very clear they didn't have any to spare. I took my prescription and left and I will not be back. They lost a yearly customer who purchases multiple pairs of glasses because they were bothered that the doctor didn't finish my exam until right before closing. The one woman even whispered to me that it wasn't my fault because the doctor liked to talk. Well guys, you sure made me feel like it was my fault and I won't be back. I work in a forward facing public service job and if any of my employees treated our patrons like I was treated at this office, they would be written up. Telling me to "have a good day" as I left shows how out of touch with customer service these people are. Obviously, I wasn't going to have a good day because they wasted my time and did not appreciate my patronage enough to keep the lights on.
