Experience was pretty good until today 9/9/23. I purchased several items, one being a shower cap a week ago and went in there today to see if I could exchange it because I didn't have a receipt for a refund. I was told that I couldn't do an exchange and even if I had the receipt, I could only do refund/exchange within 3 days. Please be careful spending your money at places like this. Also, I've priced checked items, and their black hair products are higher then Target. With that being said, I won't be back! Not even for some hair pins and rubber bands! Don't sell poor quality products, and think a customer isn't going to be upset about wasting their money at your store, when I could have went to a bigger store and got the damn exchange or refund better with no receipt!!!!!@!!@#!@!@!!@@!@!!@!

Friendly employees, clean store & isles not cluttered (Main St. location)!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I wasn’t followed from isle to isle like other beauty supply stores. It appears as though the Son checked me out at my point of sale. The Mother greeted me as I walked in and asked me to let her know if I needed help…and finished setting up inventory. 💝💝 I definitely recommend this location!!! Stop bringing your money to beauty supply stores that don’t greet you & follow you the whole time AND make you uncomfortable when paying for your items. I’m definitely coming back from now on. 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃 Awesome service is a rare find these days!!

I don't know how this business is still open. They have hardly no product in this store and to make matters weird, they have this one employee who follows you around that empty store. I'm not sure if that's a girl or boy but that's annoying. There's nothing in that store that requires that much following in that store.

I’ve come to this store before when they first opened. All was well. One day I came for some edge control of course they didn’t have it. I even asked if they had it in stock and was told they didn’t have it in the store. They don’t sell a lot of items here. And they are overpriced. Came to this store the day before Mother’s Day for my daughter’s dance and wanted a PACK of hair to make a pony tail and was sold bundles for a 114.00! Now why would I want so much hair and especially for that amount?? When I tried to explain what happened of course they didn’t care. And the worst part is they have a black person working in there. Pls shop where you will be treated fairly and professionally. Everyone deserves respect.

The young lady was very helpful and helping my daughter with picking up the correct care for her hair. She was on the floor, making sure we were OK and had everything we needed. Very kind people and very helpful.
