Eyemart Express

I was 1st greeted by Dipti who was smiling huge ans welcoming, she directed to go next door to sign in Jordan who was extremely helpful from 1st meeting her signing in at the window from start to finish. She made me feel extremely comfortable during my 1ST visit at Eye Exspress, She was terribly busy receiving "NUMEROUS" phone calls while checking customer's in alone, along with taking pictures of eye's as a technician all the while having me read the letters on the wall as well She was absolutely 💯 multitasking and totally rocking this job by far as I was seeing this was easily a 3 person position . Huge props to this Woman who kept her cool in a highly stressful situation at hand. I'd love to personally thank her for being such a huge help to me during my appt. Then I'd like to thank the Dr who was so very thorough as well, she was sure to go through all of my medications to make sure I wasn't given anything to mix mistakingly that could possibly give me any type of reaction if need be with my eyes, such as eye drops if by chanceI may need and was allergic..etc. to any ingredients that could mix. When it came to my health. She double checked all of my health conerns and was so very patient and thorough I really appreciated all of the staff's kindness and help! Shelly then helped me choose the perfect two pair of glasses for my face, helped me decide the best pricing options and help me come up with the best price in the end. Never have I been so very satisfied all the way through at a eye facility. Thank you to all 3 beautiful ladies for your patience and going above and beyond in seeing i was taken care of and happy with everything before leaving. I left the SAME day with my 2 pair of glasses, eye exam and a smile @ under $100 SCORE . Amy Lodge

I damaged my frames in a fall. Went to my regular optical place and paid $700 for new glasses. They never were comfortable and it took weeks to get them. I did a half-way repair on the old frames. Found the exact frames online and ordered two. Had no idea if anyone in town would put my lenses into the new frames but found EyeMart Express online and read the great reviews. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Dipti. She listed to my problem and said she would give it a shot. Came back in just a few minutes and finished up putting the lenses in right at the desk. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes total. While I was waiting I took notice of the huge inventory of frames they carry. I was nearly as impressed by their selection as I was with Dipti's customer service. They also take my vision insurance which the other office did not. I have found my new place for glasses!

Amazing experience at EyeMart. I brought in my daughter eye glass prescription and they were able to file our insurance and make the glasses in store in less than 30min. Evan was very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the process. I would recommend EyeMart to anyone who has a simple prescription that need filled same day.

Dipti was beyond helpful and had a positive attitude during a very busy hour especially since she was the only one working the floor from what it seemed. She was so sweet and kept my transaction fast and efficiently and had a smile on her face the entire time. Shoutout to Dipti

Everyone was great from start to finish. The Dr actually did more than most during an exam! I felt like I actually had a thorough exam for the first time in years! Dipdi (sp) the glasses expert was phenomenal! Patient and kind, she wanted to get all measurements correct! My glasses was ready within a hour! Will be a forever patient!!
