Eye Express Associates were very helpful. I was greeted with a warm welcome and such a friendly atmosphere. I was helped finding my new eyewear with patience. I really appreciated the help. It made it so much easier for me to find the perfect eye wear. I would like to thank the employees for their kindness.
My exam was very thorough & I didn’t feel rushed. I loved the selection of frames, and my glasses were ready super fast. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, too. Overall, it was a great experience.

Beth provided exceptional care and service, ensuring that my new glasses fit perfectly and are comfortable. She adjusted the frames, then she encouraged me to wear them for a few minutes to see how they felt. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for my satisfaction made the entire experience enjoyable. I left the store feeling confident and excited about my new look.
The staff, location, prices, and process are all top notch and fantastic. Allen was wonderfully helpful and informative, made sure I was getting the best deals, offered great feedback, and made the whole process a pleasant experience. Glasses were a WAY better value than where I used to go and were ready in half the time I was told to expect. When I came back to pick them up Courtney did a great job making sure they were correctly adjusted and not too tight or too loose. An overall top quality customer service experience, my wife and son will be coming here for their glasses soon and I’ll keep coming back as long as this service standard remains. Well done 👏
