This place is AMAZING! I had the best service from Alisha! She was over the top kind, patient, and helpful! The only place I would get glasses in Kansas City is this place! Got my glasses in 1 hou! Thank you Eyemart Express and Alisha for an AMAZING experience!

I’m really bad about putting off eye exams because I just never have good experiences. I absolutely loved this place. Very warm, welcoming environment. The staff doesn’t act like work is sucking the life out of them. Every person that interacted with me from start to finish was amazing. Dr. Lu is fantastic. I loved her happy, bubbly personality and I didn’t feel like my visit was an exam where there was only one right answer! 100/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new place for your glasses needs!

I am so satisfied Cris and and the women who's name I can’t remember. Were so kind I was from out of town needed glasses in a hurry the optometrist was amazing his assistant was this young girl so kind she helped me understand what I needed to know my glasses were ready in just two hours they fit and I could see again the updated prescription was perfect thank you God bless I would recommend them to anyone who needs and wants kind professional service.
