My guy was very professional and very truthful about how my glasses looked on me and he explained what they were gonna cost and about the warranty on them. I really enjoyed my visit there. I will be back and I will recommend Eyemart Express to my friends.
A couple of years ago, I had brought my 85 year old dad in to get new glasses, and Martin was just wonderful. He was so patient and kind. So, I brought my 86 year old mom in yesterday, and I had hoped that he was still there. I was really happy to see that he was. He took great care of us, and kept us laughing. He is so great with people! Everyone in the doctor's office was terrific also. Thank you to all of you!

❗️❗️If u like to be around liars, incompetent and swindlers that’s the right place for you❗️❗️ I broke my FRAMES and i went there yesterday to get a pair of the new ones. Really nice guy took care of me and been looking for a right ones to fit my lenses when out of NOWHERE came a lady who took one of my lenses without a permission and DAMAGED IT. After giving them to me to check if i like my glasses i noticed it and she tried to blame it on me that i CAME with damaged lenses there and then when the guy who is working with her said that i didn’t she said she is not THE ONE WHO DID IT and tried to blame it on this guy. She refused to take care of the damage and said that if i dont like it she can take a FRAMES i paid for. We came back home and tried to call them again and she said if i come with my prescription she should be able to replace them but need to talk to MANAGER first. We called second time to see if she was talking to the person above her and then she said SHE IS THE MANAGER and she can give me 20% DISCOUNT ON DAMAGE THAT SHE DID and i should be HAPPY that i CAN see now since my frames aren’t broken anymore. PICTURE BELOW how GOOD i can see now because of that SWEET PERSON. If u dont want to waste your time and money STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Eyemart Express is wonderful! They are always so fast with making glasses and when yours are broken you know how important that is. Also Dr Ethier next door is absolutely my all time favorite doctor! He’s so kind and compassionate. He really listens. To be honest he’s helped me in more ways than just my eyes. He gave me hope when I lost faith in the medical system due to being passed around and not getting the help I needed. He is a true gem.
