The Eyemart here in GSO was great. My daughter did her eye exam and everyone there was friendly and helpful. We then went next door to pick her glasses out. Emma assisted us and she was wonderful. I enjoyed the experience. The glasses were reasonably priced as well and very nice. Highly recommended
I had an unexpected emergency come up with my eye the other day and needed a pair of glasses quickly. They were pretty busy and I had several people check on me while I was looking for frames. At one point I was so frustrated that I just wanted to leave, and immediately Shawn could see I was becoming overwhelmed in my choices. He stopped and sat down with me, was extremely patient, and answered every one of my questions. He took to the time to get to know me & my needs so that he could offer the best possible help. He never made me feel rushed & was able to offer me exactly what options were best for me. I was able to pick out a pair of eyeglasses, as well as sunglasses, and he said he would have them done as soon as possible, but the sunglasses could take a little longer. I went to grab some lunch, and within 20 mins had received a text that one pair of my glasses were done! The sunglasses only took an hour and 20 mins! I was so thrilled! I can’t speak highly enough to the excellent customer service that Shawn E. provided.
Emma was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She assisted 5 customers while another employee helped one. She helped me get the best deals, and I was very impressed with her.
Excellent customer service with Allison. She was quick and very informative on what was best for my prescription. My glasses were ready in 15 minutes!
