Eyemart Express

We love Eyemart Express. The ability to go and get your prescription glasses made within an hour complete with progressive bifocal lenses transition lenses and thinned out if needed all in that timeframe is incredible. The prices are phenomenal but most of all the customer service is superb. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They answer all questions with professionalism and patience. This is the gem not a lot of people know about. Go to eyemart express off of capital blvd. You will not be disappointed.

I want to start by saying I visited this Raleigh Eyemart Express location 1.5hrs before closing on a Friday. There was a line and it was packed. Angela, the associate working, greeted everyone although she was busy doing multiple things. She was kind and patient regardless of the chaos and some customers. It’s hard to come by customer service that she provided from the entirety of my visit to every single person. She is personable and enthusiastic . I hope she is rewarded for her patience and being the face to this company as that is hard to come by nowadays. Besides the great experience with her, I had 2 pairs of glasses with lenses in less than 20 min. I brought my prescription and they are able to make them right there on site. Very impressed with this business model and location despite the overall longer wait time at the end of the week and end of the day.

I had a fantastic experience here! I wouldn’t have stuck around if it weren’t for Pat! She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping me find the perfect frames that fit my style and budget. The selection is impressive, ranging from trendy to classic. They knew I was pressed for time before having to pick up my kids and they went above and beyond to get my glasses done quickly and they fit perfectly. I’ll definitely be back soon for another pair. RUN don't walk if you need new glasses and go see PAT at Eyemart Express!! I had such a wonderful experience with Pat! After trying America’s Best, Costco, and even shopping online, I was completely frustrated and couldn’t decide on the right glasses. Pat was so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole process so much easier and actually made choosing my glasses fun! I’m so grateful for her kindness and help!! She's a gem! 🥰

Angela gave me great service and I was able to get my glasses selected and made in a very short period of time. She really walked me through the process patiently and she guided me. It was my first time there but I highly recommend anyone reading this to go there. Everyone is very kind and they have a smooth process to get your new glasses.
