Eyemart Express

Nice place to get your eyes checked. I have been there before in 2020 back again in 2026. They were busy but the doctor took time to talk to me and explain things. Also the people that help you pick out the glasses we're pretty cool too and fast. I had lenses they had in stock so it was super fast!

Unfortunately, my visit left a lot to be desired. When I checked in, I was given the usual paperwork to fill out, but never got to finish. I was told the main doctor I saw was immune compromised, and thankfully, I was wearing a mask, and the young woman said he'd be wearing a mask as she took my temperature. He never wore a mask. He also cut me off a few times while I was speaking and had a very dominant tone that didn't sit well with me. He called me 'kid' and 'kiddo'. I'm a 34 year-old woman. We do not have that type of relationship. It made me feel revulsion. I then had to pay $60 for a contract lense fitting, but all I had was an eye exam, and I was not getting contacts that day, as they didn't have them on hand. Then, I went to pick out my glasses, which were supposed to be covered by my insurance fully, but they added on a $10 charge out of nowhere, claiming it was because of the lenses. It took an extra hour just to get the glasses. I would not recommend this place. It's a mess.

Always so helpful they appreciate your business. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, even when at their busiest they still perform top notch customer service, and their selection of choices is always top of the line. Thank you eyemart express!!!

I'm a returning customer. I wrote the glasses I purchased from Eyemart a lot more than the pair I purchased from my eye drs office. Wanda was the BEST retail optician I have ever had help me. Can't wait to get my new spectacles!

This has been my first time going to eye mart express, I walked in it was very busy my wait for a little bit long , they apologized for the wait as they are short handed and have new employees training. I had no issues with waiting. I don't remember her name she was so nice made me feel very comfortable.. she was very patient, not in a rush all her attention was on me. I got my glasses an hour later. I do come back to have them fix one of my pairs. Absolutely no problem everyone was super nice and busy that they handle that professional! I highly recommend them!
