Eyemart Express: Professional and Compassionate Care ​I recently visited the Eyemart Express in Grove City, and I can honestly say the level of service I received was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a degree of professionalism and genuine kindness that is rare to find. ​I want to specifically recognize Cara. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and took the time to ensure everything was handled with care. Her dedication to providing a comfortable experience made a significant difference. ​As a senior, I felt truly respected and looked after. If you are looking for a team that combines expertise with a welcoming, person-centered approach, I cannot recommend this location highly enough. They have earned every bit of this five-star rating. I wasn’t even a patient here but stopped in late on a Friday asking for my new sunglasses (purchased elsewhere mind you) to be adjusted as they were slipping down my nose a bit. They were extremely helpful! Adjusted my glasses and added nonslip nose pads for free. I will definitely be establishing care here for my next eye/glasses needs!

From the beginning to the end of walking in, I had great customer service. My optometrist was great! Not to mention Payton did a great job picking out my new glasses for me!!!!

Since they had.my script I was able to call and get a new pair sent to me in an emergency!! And I was totally blown away how quickly I received my new pair, the woman that took care of me (Megan?? I believe) was very helpful and courteous. THANK YOU EYEMARTXPRESS!!!!!

Staff was so polite and friendly, office was super clean and organized. I was helped by Maddy, who was absolutely wonderful!! She was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She was also very honest and upfront about cost and coverage. Definitely will be returning when I am in need of my pair of glasses. Thank you!!
