Amazing! We have been going here for years, and I continually recommend them to everyone I know! The customer service is beyond wonderful! They are consistently friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I have limited mobility and deal with severe, chronic ankle pain so getting around is difficult. When I ordered my glasses this time, not only did Chelsea help me pick out the best pair, the glasses were ready in under 20 minutes AND when I came back to pick them up, she rushed out to my car to give them to me!! I didn't even have to struggle to walk inside! I am so grateful to Chelsea and Eyemart Express in Reynoldsburg. THE VERY BEST place to get your glasses by far!

Two pairs of custom glasses in 29 minutes! Best of all. Monique came out to our car for the final fitting so my handicapped wife and I didn’t need to unload and set up our wheelchair! Terrific service!!

Fast and friendly as always. My 2 pair of glasses were ready in 30 minutes. I don’t need fancy reading glasses and 2 for $40 works great for me. I did opt for scratch resistant coatings which was another $40 for both. I highly recommend this business.

Wow! Couldn’t be any better! I always get the best product and the best customer service in a very short time. The staff is as helpful as they can possibly be and they get you the best deal they can find. The glasses are top-quality and are made within an hour so you don’t have to wait for days to get your new glasses. I have been going here for years and I will keep going there because they are awesome.

Another great experience at Eyemart Express. We picked out glasses for my daughter yesterday, and the staff was very helpful as always. A few of the women there helped us decide, and everyone was patient, kind, and accommodating. Being able to get her glasses the same day was a huge plus. Really appreciate all the help.
