Eyemart Express

Quick and excellent service. The staff was very friendly. They have lots of frames that are nice looking, even name brand ones and charge far less than the other place I went. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great glasses, at a great price, with excellent service.

I had a very disappointing experience at Eyemart Express. The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in. I was standing in line waiting to be helped, but instead of acknowledging me or even letting me know someone would be with me shortly, an employee went on to help another customer who had just walked in. Being ignored while waiting and then watching someone else receive service first was frustrating and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or explanation would have gone a long way. Customer service starts with treating people fairly and respectfully, and unfortunately that did not happen during my visit. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don't have the same experience.

My daughter lost her glasses at the lake. She cannot see without them at all. We was able to bring her prescription in and they was able to get us done in less than 10 minutes and have her glasses ready. Awesome job love it thank you so much.

I got glasses from them and they were good they were made by Scott. I accidentally scratched those glasses and used my warranty and got new ones. These are the worse glasses ever and I’ve had to wait for 30+ minutes just to ask for and get the replacement, mind you there is ONE person in the store and most of the people waiting’s problems took less than a minute (there were like 3 people). 30 minutes give or take. Now, when I finally get my glasses they are TERRIBLE. They creak and aren’t comfortable and are just horrible! I ask if Scott still worked there because I had him make my glasses before and they were perfect. HE GOT FIRED?! Your best worker and honestly the only reason I even came to this store and you fire him. This place has gone downhill. Don’t come here if Scott isn’t here. The staff here are lovely but upper management IS TERRIBLE! Guys you can work for a better company!

Dropped my prescription, picked my frames and went to Walmart. Came out and received a text that my glasses were ready in 23 minutes. That was fast. Well done Eyemart Express.
