I love this place! I’ve been coming here for like 10 years! Best prices & great quality, but the fact that they get my glasses done in an hour or less is amazing & so convenient! I drive here from Spartanburg! Josh is amazing … so knowledgeable, quick, and gives awesome customer service! Go see him! 🥰
Dr Patel was friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail even showing me the difference between my old prescription and new one. Maria at eyemart was very helpful. She made great suggestions that saved me money without sacrificing quality. My glasses were done in 27 minutes! I did the whole exam and purchase in about an hour and that was as a walk in. Even the lady that answered the phone was polite suggesting that if I came in right away that I didn’t need an appointment. The whole experience was better than the “big guy” eye clinics.
These are the best glasses I’ve ever had. fast and nice staff. Highly recommend. The only thing is if you do go here if your insurance doesn’t covers a lot or you don’t have insurance stick to the $19.99 frame and standard prescription with no add ons. If you do want to add something make sure you get a break down cost for EVERYTHING before you purchase because they will not tell you how much they cost I didn’t care because of my insurance but other people do not have that luxury they will add everything they can and not tell you the price for anything until the end.
I went into Eye Mart today to last minute fix my glasses frames that broke. They looked at my glasses and said they were beyond repair and that their system for making new glasses was down. Despite that, Maria was absolutely fantastic and helped me find the exact pair I had broken, and popped my lenses into those ones instead. This was genuinely so helpful as I leave for a 6 week training period on Tuesday so I needed them fixed ASAP. Thank you Maria and everyone else who helped!! Yall rock!
What a very disappointing experience. They would not accept my eyeglass prescription from somewhere else. Also, their prices were quite a surprise.They were high!!
