Eyemart Express

After my regular national chain optometry provider couldn't accommodate me, I decided to look locally. A quick Google search led me to Eyemart Express. I had no idea this provider was here (located between Spectrum and Shoe Show in the Walmart plaza) as I didn't recall seeing any advertisement. I called at 10:45A and the cheerful voice on the phone told me I would be seen that day if I could be there by 11A, I was there by 10:53A! Once there, Dr. Daniel Goerl was so personable & engaging. I then met with Kristie who was very knowledgeable about how my insurance could help my pocket & it certainly did! Kristie was also extremely helpful with picking out the right frames for me. I arrived at 10:53A and walked out at 12:55P! An added bonus was that 1 pair of eyeglasses was ready within the hour! I am ecstatic that I found Eyemart Express & I HIGHLY recommend their service! I found a good thing & will be keeping it!

Dr. Goerl AKA Dr. G, was fantastic!!!!! He has a great bedside manner, funny, compassionate, patient, and earnestly committed to giving people the best possible care for their eyes. Jade is in a word Amazing 🤗she helped me choose my frames and ensured that I got the most bang for my bucks. Didn’t have to pay a dime out of pocket!!!! She’s that good at her job… Staff is very pleasant and the atmosphere is great too. Great selection of eyewear for men, women, and unisex. Check it out I had a great experience.

Jade was so helpful, fun and professional helping my husband pick out his first eyeglasses! She was knowledgeable and helped with the insurance and worked at what would get us the best pricing. They have a great selection of eyewear also. Try them out!

Daughter went for eye exam and glasses fitting. Frames stretched out a few days later , took them back so they the manager can eee them and they said they can adjust them . After the 3rd time of frames constantly stretching out excuse after excuse I’m done taking them back . I don’t have time in my day to continue going back and back and back . Don’t recommend using them for frames. We want be back and I don’t recommend spending the money there, I have used several other eye fr offices before through the years and we have never had this issue. Adding a photo of her frames that have been fixed several times her head isn’t that big she is only 19 years old but they continue to do the same thing . Save money and go elsewhere.

Terrible Service Came in 2 Saturdays Ago She made me purchase glasses I did not like and they costed more than my insurance covered then got a snorky attitude when telling her that my insurance was supposed to cover everything but I still didn’t mind paying out of pocket I had to spend 456 on one pair of glasses plus things that I didn’t even have in my first pair when I sat down at her desk there she kept adding things and didn’t list a price at the end only told me this is what I had to pay to see. Meaisha was terrible, desk was clutter had to move everything off her desk just for me to be able to write on the form didn’t want me to use a pen saying it’s hers they’re business should think about the people they’re hiring she just wanted a buck off of me and I felt my experience was terrible. If I could give this place a 0 I would DONT GO HERE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU
