Went in with prescription and was already searching for frames I liked so by the time I my name was called I was already set and the only waiting was for my glasses. I was told it would be an hour wait but they were ready in a half hour wait time! I love getting my glasses from here. I come here at least once or twice a year!

My whole visit went smoothly, they let me know what my insurance covered and had my glasses ready same day!

I've been wearing glasses for over 4 decades. I remember some years the whole process being a nightmare. Between exams, insurance, fittings, frames, lenses, customer and doctor service, ugh... Well, the tide has turned. Between the doctor next store and eyemart on airplane rd, and my rep, Brenda, the whole process of exams, going next store, checking insurance, picking and fitting glasses, and paying took less than 30 minutes. And after insurance, my HSA saving, I paid $7 for two sets of glasses. One being Ray Bans bifocals. Hands down the best experience of and in my life. So painless. To boot, they were both ready in under 40 minutes. Blown away. And my first review written, ever, it was so good. Thanks y'all. Life needs to be this easy.

Crystal does a phenomenal job of assisting us with our glasses for the whole family. She provides options to appeal to budget friendly individuals or to those who want to invest in quality eyewear. Always goes above and beyond!
