Really great value and very quick service! I typically would have to wait 3-4 weeks for my glasses with prism lenses to come in after ordering them however these were ready within 30mins! Also really great options of frames to choose from
Price is great but they said my glasses were ready and they weren’t. I could have gone back to my office had i known the wait was longer. Everyone seemed to just be surviving. Not a single smile. When i asked for adjustments, the glasses were thrown on the counter. And it seems the a/c is busted. Maybe everyones in a bad mood from that.
Absolutely blown away by the service at Eyemart Express in Round Rock! We walked in and were greeted with genuine warmth, and within 30 minutes they had two pairs of prescription glasses ready for my daughter—perfectly done and hassle-free. Fast, friendly, and flawlessly efficient. Highly recommend! 👓👏
I got 2 eye glasses from here and the one with simple lenses I was able to get within 20 minutes of picking the frames! Dan and Will helped me for 5 hours (not exaggerating) and made me feel like a queen in that place!! Thank you so much such genuine people and I love the glasses much
