As soon as you enter that door, Alma always greets you with a smile . She’s very professional and knows what’s best for each customer . This has been our 5th year as a returning customer and 3rd year of being helped by Alma. I was sooo thankful and happy that she was there today too! The process is easy and smooth. I highly recommend this place! They have a lot of lenses to choose from. Very happy with our glasses! 🤓
Alma was very nice and helpful. The great customer service I received after coming from Visionworks in Las Cruces and their horrible racist customer service. I brought in some frames and they were able to do polycarbonate lenses for me. They did a very great job! This is the second time I get lenses from them and they are amazing! Would definitely recommend!! Thank you so much Alma! You are the best! 😊
Tomas, Susan and the entire staff at Eyemart Express at Sunland Park are great. They take the time to answer all your questions and help you with your prescription lenses. Any time I have needed help with anything associated with my glasses, they do everything to get it right. I strongly recommend them for all of your needs. They treat you like family.
Came from Las Cruces as they are booked out for months. This store is smaller but the workers are very quick and attentive. Glasses ready in 20 minutes. Great overall experience
Great customer service! Greeted right away, even if they're attending someone else. Answered all of our questions, highly recommend!
