Karen is a fantastic audiologist. She genuinely cares about your situation, and will go out of her way to accommodate your needs. Intimate one on one setting and very professional. Highly recommended.
I could not agree more. She is a gem . After multiple attempts to obtain servicing on a pair of older hearing aids with quite negative results from practices in Ellsworth and Bangor who seemed only to want to sell new devices, on my primary's suggestion I called. No multiple month wait? No "you must bring old test results", when Dr. Manley just downloaded them from my devices? No snippy attitude, just pure professionalism and an ability to listen and render appropriate service. When I need a new pair I will return.
