I was very impressed with the way I was treated. Both by the staff and the doctor The doctor was quick, yet very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that I understood Everyone was so nice and treated me like I was family. I will definitely recommend Eyes By Design to friends and family. Their prices were VERY reasonable, too! Thank y'all! 😊
The lady who did basic things with parts of exam was knowledgeable and accommodating. The eye doctor was my 1st woman eye doctor. She finished eye diabetic eye exam and held a long discussion with me. My last eye exam was correctable to 20/20. This time it was 20/60. She wanted me to try a temporary treatment that wouldn't involve surgery so next step could be another treatment prior to surgical treatment. All in all, I am 100% satisfied with exam, treatment, and interaction received today.
I was satisfied with my exam, but the purchasing process lacked transparency. Despite requesting to stay within my insurance parameters, I was shown frames above my allowance without being told. Additionally, I was charged for premium upgrades (Crizal Sapphire and Premium Progressives) that I did not request and that were not fully covered by my insurance. This experience felt misleading rather than helpful. I value clear communication and honest pricing, so I will likely take my business elsewhere in the future
I was checked right in. The tech was very professional and polite. Dr Missy is very thorough and explained all tests. Everyone was very nice. Had a nice selection of glasses.
Everyone at Eyes By Design are so friendly and professional. The best and thorough exam I have EVER had. They called me to see if I wanted to come in early as they had a cancelation so I was able to get in a month early.
