Service here is amazing. Love Dr Muegge, he really has my best interests in mind. His optician is phenomenal, Organize, professional, sweet and kind. She really works hard to help you find glasses that are really right for you including looking good on you. The last visit I had on 7/13 I had to wait about 30 minutes to be called from the waiting room. While there is typically a wait some minutes after appointment time, this was an unusually long wait time. We will continue using this medical facility for our vision needs.

From start to finish, it was such an enjoyable experience. The staff is so friendly, starting with your experience with the front desk coordinator, through every assistant, and the doctor. They made it easy and made me wanna come back for more! What an amazing group of gals!

Outstanding staff period!!! Deserve 10 ⭐....I came down with an eye infection over night...went to my NOW FORMER eye care provider at Amercas whatever where they don't have drs on staff(told me to drive to Hixon...lol)..., so I did a search and EYES was nearby...let me tell you, I walk in to this happy bubbly receptionist who knew I didn't feel good and immediately helped me, and within 1hr was already treated and leaving....the entire staff was polite, helped and saw to my situation....I'm very thankful and a new customer 😁😁😁

Great experience at this eye doctor’s office! The staff was incredibly friendly and created such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The testing was very thorough, and I really appreciated how much time Dr. Reed spent reviewing my eye scans and explaining everything clearly. I felt well cared for and would definitely recommend this practice to others!

Usually go to Athens, but could not get us in so I opted to go here!! Fantastic staff very accommodating!! I had children with me, so that helped a lot! Doctor was very thorough and made sure my daughter and I had everything we needed and was taken care of!
