Everywhere else I checked told me it would take around 15 business days, but this optical shop had my glasses ready in just 4 days! I did some research on cartier authorized retailers for a broken Cartier panthere eyeglass screw that was very rare to find. Stacy and her assistant were one of the few people in the city who gave me the upmost hospitality and had inside out knowledge of the missing part that was needed! After a bad fall I thought my glasses were done for, they also straightened the frame and had all work done extremely fast within 20 minutes!! Would highly recommend as a go to for any high end designer brand sunglasses. Beyond grateful of the process.
