If i can rate it 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever like honestly, save your time and energy and go somewhere else. This was one of the most frustrating experience I have ever had. They kept sending me back and forth between them and my insurance provider for a replacement pair and nothing ever actually got resolved. It felt like a constant runaround with zero accountability. I was constantly left in a state of confusion and lost regarding the issue they had with my insurance. I spent so much time dealing with the back-and-forth, repeating the same information over and over, and still no progress. I had to let my insurance know to immediately send in a claim for me to cancel this provider so I can go somewhere else to get my glasses. Please, please, please if you need glasses, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not worth the stress.

I thought very hard, and long before giving this review. STAR is for the employees, they tried to be cordial...TRIED is the operative word. BUT, having experienced the AGRESSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, behavior of the "Doctor" (the one there on Sunday... don't know his name, European???) I understand why they are all either - anxious, hyper or over-enthused! Concur with other feedbacks/reviews that - older folks, Medicare/Medicaid recipients, don't have much options for Eyecare/Optical services in this area/neighborhood, which is sad. The "Doctor"... not enough words in any dictionary to describe his REACTION to me expressing my POVs on the ludicrous wait time... 3+ hours to be seen by him... BUT I had to hold on to my peace... AND, for the benefit of the patient I was there with (who warned be that the Doctor is "not nice"). That man/Doctor, needs to learn how to "work smarter, not harder" to run his business, which would definitely help him with his aggressiveness, his ridiculous diatribe to me, that he is "working many days, many hours and do not see his children, or go on vacation"! What the hell does that have to do with the wait time? The CROWDED office (no seat)? No scheduling system? People walk in (and those on the line early, BOLDLY put the names of their 50+ family members and friends, et al WHO WERE NOT IN THE LINE!!!!! That blew my mind... I was 6 in the line... but because of this, I became the 20 person on the sign-in log! How is that ALLOWED?!) I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism behavior from a medical office or staff... (I am old and have my share of medical care team across NYC...) But, have to keep my peace for my patient. Only for them...

Came here February and when I came to pick up my prescription they were the wrong frames. When I said something to the lady at the front desk she ignored me. Today I came in for my follow up. I was the only black patient. Wasn’t seen for 3 hrs and everyone that came after me was seen before me. When I mentioned the frames they confirmed that they messed my order up and told me as long as I can see out of them I should be good and that they won’t fix their mistake. I do believe my treatment here was racially motivated. I will never be coming back to this place again.

15 years ago…. both of my daughters and myself went there I went back recently Different management/ owners n workers Now when you pick up your glasses If the glasses need adjusting The first thing the say Is They are Not Responsible for them if they break! Last night checked adjust in the glasses comes with the purchase I’ve been wearing glasses my entire life and when I go to the eye doctor I buy two pairs at a time the fact that there first words are we’re not responsible for adjustments tells me to never go back Negligent pathetic and I’m sorry excuse to be professional I will not recommend or go back to this place On top of the fact that it took them 30 minutes and 3 women to find my glasses There’s a place two blocks down I’ll across the street I’ll try them next!

Absolutely horrible place, a living hell I'm in awe that they're still in business. Every single time I've come here the staff is severely out of touch and extremely unprofessional not to mention the wait every time has been 4+ hours just to be seen by the doctor and they make every simple task intensely difficult for no viable reason.
