I was very happy from start to finish with my experience at Eyes on Norbeck. Dr. AuYeung was very thorough. He took his time and explained what was happening with my eyes in a way that I could understand. He even recommended a couple frames before he turned me over to the optician. Everyone there was helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Eyes on Norbeck!!
Dr is really friendly, and knowledgeable, not only checked the eye, but shared the back end facts, which is the first time I heard about special treatment to my eyes, since the eyesight are really different. technician is wonderful , explained every details about the frame selection, and glasses, coating, and protection, and how to avoid the duplication requirements. they provided the best service and least expense. they can speak Mandarin. worth the visit.
Yesterday was my first visit to Eyes on Norbeck, and I had a great experience. Jecky was welcoming, genuine, and patient, without ever being pushy. He was honest about what suited me and clearly explained my insurance coverage step by step. I really appreciated his excellent service and left with a great impression!
Today I saw Dr. Tharanie Amarawardana as a new patient, and I had a wonderful experience. She was kind, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. As a woman, I especially appreciated how she could relate to my experiences and made me feel truly understood and comfortable. She explained everything clearly, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Optometrist.
Dr. Yeung is the BEST optometrist I have ever been to. He is so passionate, informative and kind. He explained everything he was doing and ensured I understood what was happening to my eyes. As it turns out, he was able to determine something that all of my precious optometrists did not. I can't speak highly enough of him or the staff.
