Dr. Howell and his staff are absolutely top notch. Dr. Howell truly listens and cares — he takes the time to zero in on exactly what you need to get your eye care just right. And his staff is simply wonderful. They helped me find glasses that fit my lifestyle perfectly and complement my face beautifully. I couldn't ask for a better eye doctor or a more welcoming team.
Dr Howell is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and genuinely concerned about the welfare of his patients. His staff is very accommodating and always offer me a coffee or water when I walk in. The entire experience from booking appointments to checking out is very well managed and professional. They have the most up to date technology which is very comforting (and impressive) and I feel that I am getting the most in depth examinations available. They are always on schedule when I go for my appointments and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We were visiting Bentonville from out of town when my son developed an urgent eye issue. Eyes on the Square offered a s a same day appointment and helped us navigate finding a convenient pharmacy also. Dr. Howell did a thorough exam and answered all of our concerns. He arranged a follow up for my son to see him within 24 hours despite his schedule being completely booked.
Most qualified & professional eye doctor & staff I've ever experienced in my 72 years. Excellent & thorough communication & explains every aspect of your exam. State of art technology & precision results! Strongly reccomended eye care & premium products. Glad we found EOTS.
Great doctor and technician, they really listen and care, they have the latest equipment and explain everything as they go along. Respectful of my time, almost no waiting for my appointment, they don’t even have a normal ‘waiting room’. Super clean. They just provide a first class experience!
