Jamie is the best. She is pleasant, always so helpful, and spends time with you to ensure you end up with your perfect pair of glasses. Dr.Davis is great and I love hearing his movie stories! The office in general is a calm, organized, fun place to be. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks Jamie & team ❤️

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. The covering doctor who performed my exam was kind, professional, and clearly told me that my vision had not changed. Based on that conversation, I understood my prescription to remain the same. After the exam, Jamie, the owner, was very pushy about purchasing a large quantity of contacts before I even had a chance to explain what I wanted. During the conversation, she discussed different prescription numbers for my left eye and ultimately provided a +3.50 trial lens. When I asked for a copy of my prescription, I was told “no, it’s my copy,” and she quickly walked away. I was in a rush and did not pursue it further at the time, but I later needed the prescription to order contacts elsewhere. What followed was weeks of frustration. I contacted 1-800 Contacts multiple times, called the office, and even went in person to obtain my prescription. Each time, I received pushback and conflicting information. One staff member told me Jamie didn’t write my prescription and didn’t leave it there. Moments later, I was told Jamie doesn’t take prescriptions home. Since I knew the doctor had handed paperwork to Jamie, these statements made little sense and left me feeling like I was being given the runaround. I eventually had to contact my insurance company because I felt my prescription was being withheld. During that process, I also learned that I had been charged more than I should have been for my contact lens exam. I was eventually refunded, but only after questioning the charges. I was originally told the contact lens exam fee was $108, while my insurance company confirmed my responsibility should have been significantly less. The prescription I finally received contains the trial lens power, which does not match what I recall being discussed during my exam. As someone who works in the medical field, that raised concerns for me, especially when I was told by staff that Jamie writes the prescriptions despite not being the provider who performed my examination. The doctor I saw was pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, my interactions with management and staff left me feeling dismissed, pressured, and frustrated. Patients should not have to fight to obtain their own prescription or receive conflicting information when asking simple questions. This was my personal experience, and unfortunately it was enough that I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Five stars for Eyestyles!! I wear bifocal contact lenses and was having trouble with near vision, so I switched from my previous eye doctor to Eyestyles. Dr. Davis and Jamie offered several options to try and were extremely professional and patient throughout the fitting and testing process. I’ve found my long-term eye care provider and highly recommend Eyestyles for their expert, attentive service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is a horrible and problematic establishment. The doctor in the back is kind and professional. The women at the front are a completely different story. They refused to give my partner his prescription on the spot, telling him "it's my copy" before walking away. What followed was weeks of calls, a visit in person, and conflicting information from staff every step of the way. He eventually had to contact his insurance company just to get what was legally his. Through that process, he found out he had been overcharged for his contact lens exam and was only refunded after he caught it himself. The prescription he finally received also does not match what was discussed during his actual exam, which means he's going to have to go somewhere else to get a new test done all over again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The doctor was excellent. Everything else was dismissive, dishonest, and unacceptable. Do better.

Jamie and the Eyestyles of Woodbridge crew are amazing and have everything you need in eyewear. Friendly, helpful and just all around great. They are hands down the best around!
