Staff and doctors are fantastic!! The office is beautiful. Everyone was so kind and inviting, they worked with me to find a perfect prescription and even custom contacts! Absolutely recommend.

I had a great experience today at Eye Symmetry. Jillian, Al, and Alina were all very good and provided excellent customer service. Dr. Schwartz is very friendly and explained everything very well. I look forward to my next visit and new pair of glasses.

I went here with my girlfriend, we had a great experience with Dr. Schwartz. The staff is very friendly as well. Straight and to the point, very professional and conveniently located. Also they follow the Covid Guidelines very well.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this clinic. After waiting over seven months for a special contact lens, it became very obvious that they did not have the proper experience to make it correctly in the first place. Despite the high cost, the final result looked almost exactly like the first failed attempt—not centered, not measured properly, and nowhere near what was originally promised. What made everything worse is that they kept trying to make me feel like I was the one not seeing it correctly, when it was clear that the lens did not match what the doctor had explained the first time. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted as if the problem was me. It honestly felt like they only kept trying because I had already paid 3k not because they knew how to fix it or deliver the result they advertised. I would never return and I do not recommend this clinic for specialized lenses. The only positive thing was the front desk staff—they were kind and respectful. Unfortunately, that’s the only good part of my entire experience.

Office staff very personable and helpful with any and all questions. Dr Schwartz's chairside manner helped to put me at ease. Would definitely recommend this Vision Center!
