Everyone at this office is extremely friendly and professional. They make sure you are relaxed and comfortable with their suggestions and the outcome. I appreciate how open they are to you bringing your own frames to add your prescription.
I was a patient at Eyewear Gallery for a few years and never had a problem with neither my prescriptions or glasses (which I purchased online for 3 consecutive years). This past year, my experiences at Eyewear Gallery has been anything but simple, easy, or accurate. My prescription was incorrect, and I had to return two pairs of glasses that I purchased online, using Eyewear Gallery's prescription. I went back to see the eye doctor to double check my prescription, and he spent less than 30 seconds with me, along with a horrible attitude. Then, after an associate convinced me to get my glasses through them (EG), I did. Once again, my prescription wasn't correct. EG did remove my lenses from my glasses, and gave me my money back. BUT, I had to pay out of pocket to see another eye doctor because my insurance will only pay for one visit annually. Luckily, my new eye doctor measured my prescription correctly. Unfortunately, I lost a lot of money because of Eyewear Gallery. I do not recommend the eye doctor, Dr. Livesay, nor do I recommend shopping at this store- their prices are astronomical.
I have been going to EG for the last several years. The service is personalized, prompt and reliable. Good collection of budget and luxury glasses. Most importantly, the service is amazing. I also enjoyed meeting Dr, Livesay who answered all my questions and has an excellent bedside manner. Highly recommended.
I was looking for a tailored experience when it came to my eyes, and that’s precisely what I got at the eyewear gallery. I’ve been getting my eyes checked with them since 2021, and I have no complaints. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The doctors are prepared and always take the time to explain any changes in my vision and next steps. I highly recommend. Not to mention the frames are unique!
I love the Doctors and his Assistants. They are very knowledgeable and patient. I don’t trust anyone else with my eyes.
