Going to Eyewear Unlimited was an extraordinary experience. The frame selection is the best I have ever seen anywhere. Theresa took one look at me and then brought out at least a dozen frames for me to try on, and I had a great time doing that. She was so kind, caring and professional. Even though I have a strong and complex prescription, I had my new glasses in just under 14 days. When I went to pick them up, Theresa again gave me her full attention to ensure I was happy with the fit. And I must also mention that the cost was so reasonable I almost fell off my chair in disbelief. I'm planning to return in a few months to order a 'spare pair' since I am practically blind without my glasses. Honestly, I cannot praise this business enough -- and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Not only did I get a beautiful pair of glasses, they were sold to me by someone who really cares about her customers and is a knowledgeable and sweet person. As far as I am concerned, Eyewear Unlimited is the best place to buy glasses in all of Hampton Roads.

Eyewear Unlimited has great service that is very friendly and easy to work with. I had the pleasure of waiting for them to cut a new pair of lenses for my new glasses, which did not take very long to accomplish. So I left with two brand-new pairs of glasses in less than 30 minutes.

I highly recommend coming here for your eyewear needs. I just got prescribed my first pair of glasses and Theresa was there to help me with it all. She took my measurements and was super polite and offered a discount because of the wait. We ordered my glasses quickly and she gave me such an awesome price for such an awesome pair of frames for an endless selection that she has. They came in and was ready for pick up in 3 business days and boy am I soooo happy! Thank you so much Theresa for looking out for your customers and military wives. I will recommend this place over and over again.

I had a wonderful experience at Eyeware Unlimited. The store is so beautiful, and wonderfully designed. Optician Teresa, and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I've never had a more fun time in my 26 years of eye glass shopping than I did at Eyeware Unlimited. Teresa cared about what style I had used in the past, what I liked, disliked, and gave her opinion on what I was trying on. As a Glasses boutique with Gucci sponsored frames I trusted her input. She helped me understand what the numbers in my prescription meant, and what my pupil distance was. My glasses came in 4 days before expected as well. 10/10 office. Highly recommend. Also she has a treasure trove of vintage, and retired frames.
