I cannot say enough wonderful things about this eye doctor’s office! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel incredibly easy and comfortable. A special shoutout to the office manager — she is truly exceptional! She is incredibly professional while also being so down-to-earth, warm, approachable, and personable. She has that rare ability to make you feel like you’re talking to someone who genuinely cares, not just someone doing a job. She was attentive, helpful, patient, and simply perfect at what she does. You can tell she sets the tone for the entire office, and that positive energy really shows. The doctor was excellent, thorough, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. The whole experience was beyond my expectations. If you’re looking for an eye care office where you’ll be treated with professionalism and genuine kindness, I highly recommend this office.
