Excellent staff and service, the store was clean and professionally decorated. Dr Mikaelian was very friendly easy to talk to and professional, will definitely come back and I will be referring family and friends
Best team ever from the doctor to the staff. Jacob was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when helping me pick the perfect frames for my progressive lenses. The upfront pricing and insurance breakdown upfront was much appreciated. I loved the transparency - there were no surprises. His customer care skills are stellar! I give him 10 stars. Estevan made me feel right at home and even offered to clean my lenses for me. Beat team ever. Can’t wait to get my new glasses!!
I researched Dr. Mikaelian’s qualifications before I finalized my appointment. He was very thorough. He also has a calming presence as he answered my concerns. I will ask for him again for future appointment.
Dr. Mikaelian is a great optometrist: he stays up to date on the latest research and takes time to explain various options in detail. I always feel I learn something and trust that I am providing the best care to my eyes, following his recommendations.
The Young lady that helped me that day was super helpful. She gave advice on what kind of lenses to get what size frames to get and she was quick to give her advice on what glasses I was choosing, which happened to be very good advice. I would recommend her to any other customer. I’m sorry that I don’t know her name.
