Doctor was the best. Professional, knowledgeable, great bedside manner. He took his time, answered all my questions. Absolutely exceptional. I won't go to anybody else.

Waste of time. I did not get a prescription. The doctor said there wasn’t enough time and that I would need to come back again but charged me $49. The tech doing the pre-screening seemed inexperienced. Who has the time or money to come back twice. Very disappointed.

My time at LensCrafters in UTC was a great experience. The doctor was excellent—she was very informative and made me feel like I was in good hands. My salesperson, Anubha, was awesome and really helped me pick the frames that suited me best. She was incredibly helpful and attentive. Michelle also provided great assistance, along with the other staff members. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends for their excellent service and care. 10/10

They took over an hour to get to me. The lenses were overpriced at almost $400 for lenses only. The waiting area was crowded and too noisy. I have to pay overtime for parking which would have been free if I was seen at my appointment time. I didn’t feel respected at all.
