We’ve had a really positive experience with LensCrafters, Solano Town Center. The store is clean, welcoming, and the glasses are very well organized. They also had a much bigger selection of brands than some of the other eyewear stores we visited, which made it easier to compare options and find frames everyone liked. Dr. Yee did a great job with our eye exams—she’s energetic, fun, and explains everything clearly, which made the appointments feel easy and comfortable. Malai helped us with the purchasing side and was wonderful—very helpful and even found some extra discounts for protection plans. Erika helped when our glasses came in and was super friendly and great to work with too. At this point our whole family has gotten glasses there, and overall we’ve been really happy with the care and service. The only downside during one visit was that one of my kids ended up waiting about 45 minutes past the appointment time for their exam because someone ahead of us arrived late, and we were there quite a bit longer than expected. I know scheduling delays happen, but I did wish appointment times had stayed a little more on track. Even with that, the team was friendly and helpful, and we’ve had a really good overall experience. A few tips from our visits: if you can schedule with Dr. Yee, she’s wonderful. If your schedule is flexible, try going on a less busy day. Give yourself plenty of time to browse and try on frames so you can find the right fit and style. And I definitely recommend the protection plan—glasses are a big investment, and it’s nice knowing you’re covered if something unexpected happens.

Erika Ayris provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She helped both my boyfriend and me at the Fairfield LensCrafters, and from the moment we walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcome. What impressed me most was her incredible attention to detail. She took the time to make sure everything was just right, answered all of our questions with patience, and never made us feel rushed. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping people really stood out. On top of that, Erika has an amazing personality. She’s warm, friendly, personable, and made what could have been a routine shopping trip feel enjoyable and memorable. Eye exam was great. Dr was very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable with her and her recommendations. The showroom manager was wonderful. His attention to the service details were 10 out of 10. I appreciate his gentle honesty while trying on different frame styles, as well as his engaging and friendly personality. I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Lens Crafters located in Solano Town Center. On the day before I was just cruising through the mall and just so happened to pass by the establishment. From the time that I walked in I was with a smile and the ladies that was there were able to assist me and help me prepare for my visit on the next day. On the day of my appointment I walked in with a great welcome by the staff. Being that this was my first and second experience Lens Crafters I was able to walk around and view I wear as I waited to be covered. The examination was a wonderful experience. The optometrist was very polite and was able to take care of my concerns that I have been having. Then as I went for the front I was greeted by one of the Associates in his name is Mark. Mark was very knowledgeable and I was treated like I had been there for many years. I give this a five-star and I definitely recommend this site will not disappoint anyone. Customer service was also! Great job to the staff!
