Doctor was the best. Professional, knowledgeable, great bedside manner. He took his time, answered all my questions. Absolutely exceptional. I won't go to anybody else.

All my visits here have always been great! This visit was exceptional from being greeted with a smile to getting fitted for my glasses. The warm atmosphere was more than pleasant…it felt like visiting friends who were interested in me and accommodating my needs. I’ll never go anywhere else
Great experience, this is the best LensCrafters I’ve been to. Professional service, no wait time and very friendly staff. Crystal, the store manager, was amazing!
Waste of time. I did not get a prescription. The doctor said there wasn’t enough time and that I would need to come back again but charged me $49. The tech doing the pre-screening seemed inexperienced. Who has the time or money to come back twice. Very disappointed.
They took over an hour to get to me. The lenses were overpriced at almost $400 for lenses only. The waiting area was crowded and too noisy. I have to pay overtime for parking which would have been free if I was seen at my appointment time. I didn’t feel respected at all.
