She took the time to help me find the right frames, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and genuinely seemed to care about getting me the best fit. Dr. Lam was very friendly, informative, professional and just overall great. He answered all my questions and gave me details of what everything meant. Great experience. I then met with Michelle and she was so patient and helpful while I was being indecisive on a pair of frames I would like. She was incredible and knew exactly what I needed!

Picked up my glasses today, and I'M SO HAPPY!!! Robby helped me choose the perfect frames. I also got my prescription done here with Dr. Lam, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all the concerns I had about my vision changes. Giovanni was amazing with the fitting made the checkout process quick and easy. They also had a great Memorial Day sale, and I was honestly surprised by how reasonable the prices were for such high-quality lenses. I expected to pay much more, and the pricing was so good that I was even able to get a second pair! I’ve tried places like Costco and Warby Parker before, and for me, the difference in lens quality and fitting was really noticeable. The lenses here feel so much more natural and comfortable on my eyes because they take the time to fit everything properly. You can really tell they care about doing things the right way. The service and overall experience were amazing, and I’m honestly never going anywhere else again!

Michelle M. Was so wonderful and helpful! A screw fell out of my frames and she searched and found another screw that would fit my frames and fixed them very quickly. She also adjusted my other pair of frames. All within 15 minutes!!!! Definitely ask for her when you come to this location (Brea on Imperial Hwy)!!!!!

Dr Lam is the best eye doctor I have ever had an appointment with. He thoroughly explained everything that is happening with my vision and why I am experiencing changes in my sight. He was very patient with all the questions I had. I learned so much today and I love how clearly I can see now. Thank you!!!
