Eyexcel - Hardin Valley

I have gone to eye doctors for many years (usually mainstream places in the mall and such) and I've been taking my daughter for several now. This was by far my best experience. The doctor was great. Very attentive. No feeling of being rushed along. It was more comprehensive than any I've ever seen (and I've had lasik). Honestly, I would recommend this place to anybody. Courteous service and they got us in the same day to have a new patient exam. No other place in the area would do that and some didn't even bother returning calls. Great experience and great care. I feel very confident that my daughter will be taken care of here. Included a photo of my daughter trying out new frames. Very grateful for this refreshing visit.

Best eye exam experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and professional. The optical technician, not sure of title, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and experienced, making me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The doctor was personable, took the time to get to know me, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The optician who helped me choose my glasses was patient, helpful, and made the process easy. I also appreciated that they were able to get me in for an appointment right away. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

I have had two appointments with EyeXcel, and they have been fantastic both times. I am a post-concussion syndrome patient, and they have been great working with me and that situation. The whole staff is super kind and helpful. Every appointment has been quick, not too much sitting around waiting for hours and hours. Dr. Mulvihill is very kind and smart, he knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gillilad is great! I have been seeing him for years. He has a great personality. He listens to any problems you may have and makes recommendations.

I absolutely love this place! The doctors, the nurse's, and lady's up front that always, always take care of my kids! My 6 year old is autistic and considered legally blind, she absolutely loves this place! We've seen improvement in only 6 months! One of the nurse's overheard me telling my mother that I was thirsty at my daughter's appointment today, and she comes into room with 3 glasses of water for us! Just so sweet!! And caring! We drive an hour away just for this place!!
