I moved to Santa Clarita 2 years ago and have not been impressed with any medical services I have received in this city. Everything takes 2 months to get an appointment. I’m trying to establish as a new patient at this facility and twice now I have made an appointment and they call a couple weeks ahead of time and say they have to reschedule it for 2 months later. I’m sick of it. I think I’ve now been waiting over 4 months to be seen. What a joke.

The younger admin with the red hair is the only one who has any concern or can properly do her job, I applaud you. The other admin staff are inadequate, not sure if it’s age that they no longer care and simply collecting a paycheck but I scheduled lab work. I called the day prior to set up a appt for lab work @ 445 and I arrived at 430, that person failed to tell me it’s a walk-in situation. The staff on the 1st floor failed to tell me it’s a walk-in. The staff on the 2nd floor failed to tell me it’s a walk-in & they close @ 5. I literally mentioned it to both staff last time I went for lab work I remember they just took me in and I didn’t have to see a Dr or a NP, I guess that fell on death ears or they simply didn’t care. Wasted PTO to be told the lab closes at 5 & that I was irate about because why wouldn’t any of the staff mention that to me from the beginning when I stated I’m only here to get lab tested and it’s like they couldn’t care less and it’s beyond me why they even work in this field if they have such a lack of concern

Long waits, disrespectful staff, unprofessional doctors… this office is borderline dangerous. Avoid this place at ALLLLLL COSTS. Not saying all faceys are bad, but this location is by far the WORST ever. I had a doctor see me 1.5 hours after my appointment and only because I started making a scene. When a doctor puts their head down and apologizes over and over … you know they messed up, still doesn’t make it right. Why do you all treat your patients like dirt? Why hasn’t corporate fired you all and fixed the canyon country office yet? Read the reviews, this place is garbage.

I visited the eye doctor today because I was seeing extra halos when seeing lights and streaks of light.I think ChatGPT knows a lot more than Dr. Chang. I was the one asking medical questions and getting a lot of "I don't know"s from a medical doctor. "Are my eyes dry?" "I don't know." "Whenever I put in eye drops my vision improves temporarily but goes back a few seconds later." "It might be dry eyes then." "Can we test for dry eyes?" "We don't do that. That's usually just for research. You should go see an optometrist." Thanks for nothing. Useless doctor and absolute useless medical group. I went to the front desk after to see another eye doctor and they told me the next appointment is 4 months out. I also need to see an ENT but Facey booked me 4 months out as well. Stay away from this medical group. Changing medical groups. If an eye doctor doesn't know the answer to eye-related problems, WHO KNOWS THEN? SHOULD I ASK THE JANITOR?

This review is based strictly on the young women who was working the front desk on Wednesday 9/3/25 at around 12:30pm. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name to acknowledge her personally. We were receiving the run around from multiple medical facilities this day, and had been back and forth to a few different offices, none of which were competent or helpful in an important situation. We were waiting on an authorization and had been for hours. We walked in and checked with her, and she had not received anything. We sat down in the waiting room and proceeded to make additional calls. After about 10 min she came out to us to ask a few more questions and we handed her the order (originally meant for another office that did not accept the insurance). Within minutes she had the approval, x-ray completed and we were out of there. Now while this may seem like a small act, her job nonetheless. She turned a day of high emotion, and stress, into extreme gratitude. Healthcare is a nightmare more often than not, so this employee deserves recognition for her kindness and performance. She is clearly one of few who knows what needs to be done. Extremely thankful she was the one working the front desk.
