Doctor Bishop was friendly and kind. Even though she was extremely busy she took time to answer questions and make sure you received excellent care. The staff were friendly and caring. I was impressed with the way they took care of business and the patient with a smile and kindness.
I can’t say enough good things about Amy Bishop and her staff. I grew up with Amy, and she was an amazing person long before she became a doctor. It’s been wonderful to see that the same kindness, integrity, and genuine care for people that she had growing up are the qualities she brings to her practice every day. After having some very disappointing experiences with another eye doctor in town, I decided to come back to a place where I knew I would be treated with respect and receive excellent care. Amazing experience! A complete 180 from going to North Texas Eye Care last year! From the very first phone call, appointment reminder, a call to inform me of an insurance issue, to being greeted when I walked into the door, throughout the appointment and leaving. Everyone was extremely nice, informative and just simply had a friendly vibe! Absolutely the best car I have had in a long time! 100% recommend coming here and will absolutely be returning!
