Family Eye Care of Maryland Heights

Dr. Browning and the group at Family Eye Care of Maryland Heights are such a wonderful team. Dr. Browning answers all of my endless questions thoroughly and gives amazing information so that I understand what is going on with vision and eye health. Mark is an expert in all of my insurance and is always prepared before we arrive with info about what we have and how it can be used. He is also a great helper with choosing glasses! He is honest and gives great information about the pros and cons of each pair and how it looks. Thank you also to the tech (sorry I forgot your name) that does all of the initial testing. She is very professional and gives directions clearly! We have been going to this great team for many years and we appreciate them!

Very friendly and professional. I love that the Dr always gives me information about my eyes. Mark the front desk is great and I feel so bad I can't remember the lovely friendly woman that took pics of my eyes. Everyone is absolutely awesome. Everyone should come once and see what I'm talking about and you'll come again for the wonderful information and friendly knowledgeable people. Mark will even let you know what glasses look good and don't. Yes, awesome place.

Everyone is so kind and helpful! They are very responsive and I don't have any trouble getting an appointment. Dr. Browning does a great job explaining things and answering questions. Mark is very helpful with picking out frames. The staff are always patient with me and my kids. I think all the tests they can do are cool!

I went into Family Eye Care today feeling really overwhelmed after experiencing vision changes following cataract surgery. From the moment I walked in, I received exceptional attention and care. Dr. Browning was knowledgeable and very kind. He did a thorough exam and then patiently explained everything in a way that I could clearly understand. Mark in the front office was also patient and attentive. Everyone took the time to listen to my concerns, which meant a lot when I was feeling so worried. I truly felt supported throughout the visit. I’m very grateful for the care I received, will definitely be returning, and highly recommend them.
