Chris was very pleasant and willing to listen and do all he could to meet my immediate desire. Couldn't be happier with my visit. Meghan was very personable and professional helping me with choosing frames and explaining the savings. Checking out was easy and prompt. Happy with the experience!
Everyone in this office is so professional and really nice. The exam i recieved was throughout yet quick. I saw Dr. Carter and he showed me the scans of my eyes and explained what we were looking at. The gal that helped me with ordering my lenses was knowledgeable, sweet and actually fun. The whole experience was pleasant and I definitely recommend Family Eyecare. I'll be returning here for my annual exams!!!
We were greeted the minute we walked in. There was a little mix up with the appt. time but since we had already traveled to Wilton they saw us then. Dr. Hansen was very sweet & kind with my elderly mother. He took his time with her and was so patience & kind with new health problens requiring oxygen. The receptionist and gal that took my mom to exam room to do pre exam testing & pictures were also friendly, smiling and great with the elderly. Thank you all for the excellent care of my mother! She is excitedly waiting for her new glasses and making convient pick up & adjusting to be done at the Muscatine office. What a great team you have!
I came to my appointment feeling very anxious, as I’m 72 and disabled. I feared I would fall with my balance issues. The staff here was amazing , making sure I was comfortable and safe. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect. This was my first time with Dr. Lukkarinen, and I couldn’t be happier I had chosen her. She was so caring, but yet she was professional. She explained things in a way I could understand. I would definitely recommend she and her staff to anyone. Thank you Muscatine Eye Center. 😊
This was my first visit at the Family Eye Center after having a frustrating experience at my previous center. They made sure that my concerns were heard and that I left confident in my ability to see. Dr Rozendaal and staff were knowledgeable patient and exceeded my expectations. I no longer dread going to the eye doctor!!
