Even though I was out of town and had never been there the entire staff were sincerely concerned and helpful. Dr Tunis worked me in and I had an appointment that day! I received excellent care and results for a scratch on my eye!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
My appointment with Family Eye Center was great! It was for cataract surgery on my left eye following surgery by Dr . Bennett . Dr. Johnson checked me out and I was out of there in a matter of minutes! It is like having a new pair of eyes! I put up my glasses and can hardly wait to have my right eye done ! No matter what age a person is I would recommend getting this done ASAP!
Everyone is very professional and kind. Also, Dr. Meadows is highly efficient and knowledgeable. I love how she always ask, “Do you have any questions!” Top Notch!
When we got to the appointment it was a problem with our insurance . I had called my insurance and was told as long as it’s in network we were good with no co pay and glasses allowance .The lady at the desk smh she says your co pay is $45 dollars I told her what my insurance said to me and showed her what was sent to my phone from my insurance company and this lady trying to print out paperwork and I told her I don’t want her papers and what is it . She said it was something that her office IDK or care so I canceled our appointment because I will be calling my insurance because I don’t understand how my insurance company don’t know what they cover or your office trying to get over I had the funds but no willing to pay when I don’t supposed to . Then they tell me my aunts co pay $35 I said no way she’s on medicare and medicated it’s usually is $8 so look it up she goes oh they had put it in wrong yeah I bet. So I will be calling my insurance company .
I absolutely love this place! Dr Ellington and his staff at the henderson office are amazing! Dr. Ellington is the best and all of his staff are very friendly & helpful.
