One of the best experiences I've had at an Optometrist. Top to bottom, from the time we walked in to the time we left, was a very pleasant experience. Kaiya was extremely helpful and patient with my son (his first experience) and myself and Dr Nguyen was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. I'll be coming back here from now on. I'll bring my family here from now on as well.
Sure in person they are nice but if you request anything over the phone they cant seem to help you. I had my fist check in with them in dec 2024 and things were fine i recently went again in October 2025 for an eye infection with 3 follow up appointments where they check my eyes and vision each time. I finished my eye drops and the infection spread to my other eye when i requested a refill of the eyedrops they denied my request because it had been over a month since the first visit (even though i had a follow up appointment every week). I ultimately chose to start seeing a new doctor because of this incident. I recently reached back out to them and requested my prescription be sent to my new dr. They informed me they couldn't help because my prescription was out of date. Ultimately they seem unwilling to actually help you they just want to drag you back into their office to pay for another visit. Wouldn't recommend
I finally found an eye doctor I like. I do not mind driving from Arlington. It is worth it. Dr Pollard and the entire staff is wonderful and very thorough taking time to answer questions and explain everything.
Dr. Pollard is great, she has a pleasant practical approach to the care of my vision. The equipment is up to date so no dilation is needed and you can get eye glasses there as well. One stop shop.
Dr. Pollard and her team are great. Everyone is friendly, professional, and you can tell they really care about their patients. She takes the time to listen and explain things, which makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. Highly recommend. Had to update my review because at my prior doctor's office I generally had to go back and be refitted for glasses because the prescription was slightly off. That was not the case after my visit with Dr. Pollard. Prescription came in and was perfect from the get go.
